What's new at PICK6?
As we continue to grow, every effort is made to ensure that safety is the priority while remaining as competitive as possible for the athletic growth of our participants. This is why we have changed over to a 5v5 format, and also why we are changing to age vs. grade divisions.
Why 5v5 vs. 6v6 format?
5v5 means five players per team on the field at a time. By changing to 5v5, our league is in better alignment with other NFL Flag leagues. Since safety and spacing is always a priority on the field, changing to five players may seems small, but makes a big difference. Also, at the end of the season, our teams will not have to make any roster or player adjustments in order to easily transition to external tournaments.
Why age vs. grade divisions?
In the past, grade divisions can cause both a perceived and real inequities. Grouping participants by grade can cause hardships because their grade can be a selected grade advancement, or hold-back, which means they may not be equally yoked with others in the same division. By switching to age, it instantly creates a better safety-net since participants are more likely to be of similar size and physical abilities than if they are of the same grade. Also, age divisions can easily transition to external NFL leagues and tournaments just as the 5v5 change. Players can also “play up” a division (approved by the league) to play with friends.
Note: League reserves the right to merge age divisions if we have low or high registration in specific divisions. Our goal is to have teams as small as possible!
Boys: Can play at 14 years, but only if he is in 8th grade. Players must not be in a grade higher than 8th grade.
Birth Certificates: Will be required to show proof of players age. You will not be able to complete the registration process without uploading the birth certificate.
We've also made some enhancements to ensure that participants are getting documented playtime. More of this will be part of our Coaches training and in our rule-book and will be enforced.
Spring 2024 registration opens on Sunday, October 1st, 2023 for 4 and under
(generally PreK) through 14 and under (generally 8th grade), ALL GIRLS (5th- 8th
Grade / High school 9th - 12th grade) and closes on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at
midnight.
Registration fee:
Ages 4 and under (PreK) & 6 and under (TK/Kinder) - $124
Age 8 and under (1st grade) - age 14 and under ( 8th grade) - $175
ALL Girls divisions: $80
14 and under (5th - 8th grade)
High School (9th - 12th grade)
LATE FEE ($35) WILL APPLY TO ANY REGISTRATION FROM
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26TH TO SATURDAY, MARCH 2ND.

4. Year end trophies for 1st and 2nd place in each division (not including 4U and 6U)

Players per team: 8-10
Refund policy - NO refunds after Sunday, March 10th, 2024
After this date, refunds will NOT be issued as the league will start to incur many
expenses in preparation for the upcoming season. Expenses being incurred,
but not limited to are: Uniforms, Field permits, Insurance, Acctg., Website fees,
credit card fees, mktg, labor, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Coaching perks:
1. Will pick the day, time, and location for practice
2. Pick NFL Team Name (if available)
3. Coaches meeting with commissioner to review rules, practice tips, etc.
4. It's exciting, fulfilling, and gives you the opportunity to teach skills to a new generation of players.
5. Usage of Mojo app to assist with practice/game schedule and more!
**Mouthpieces must be worn by all divisions during practice and games**
Age 4 and under & 6 and under and ALL Girls Divisions 14 and under (5th - 8th
grade) & High School (9th - 12th grade):
First game is on Friday, April 5th, 2024 - last game is on Friday, May 10th, 2024
Age 8 and under - 14 and under:
First game is on Friday, April 5th, 2024 - last game is on Friday, May 31st, 2024
(games + playoffs + championship)
ALL teams in the age 8 and under - 14 and under divisions makes the playoffs.
Volunteers Coaches are always needed - this is a great way to give back to the
community.

We always encourage parents to order the next jersey size up if they are not sure
which size to order. The NFL will not accept returns or exchanges. Please make
sure to order the right size. If a jersey is to be re-ordered due to parent ordering
the wrong size, the re-order jersey fee is $55. Additional fee for shipping will also
be required:
